2. PAYMENT
The only method for reliable payment is through PayPal.
The payment options offered for the client will depend on the total cost of the commission. With that in mind, below is a chart showcasing the different payment options that I offer to clients:
| Payment Method |
Description |
| Upfront |
Total cost of the commission payed in its entirety at the start of the commission. |
| Start and delivery |
Half of the payment must be made before the start of the commission, and the other half must be complete after the commission is complete. |
| Splits of 3 or more |
When payments must be split in 3 or more parts there will be interest applied to each payment. That interest may vary, but the minimum applied will be of 10% from the total cost of the commission to each payment.
Example:
Total cost: 100 USD
Payment splits: 5 Parts of 20 USD
Payment split after interest: 30 USD

3. REFUNDS
Refunds are eligible for clients that have only commissioned a piece and requested a refund within a time span of 3 business days.
Refunds cannot be performed on payment splits. Only in the first payment.
Be mindful that when sending a payment through PayPal, due to my location and coin (Brazilian Real / BRL), there will be a tax applied to your refund. That tax will not be covered in the refund.
In the case of shorter commissions that can be / or have been completed within the refund time limit:
- You will only receive your refund if the commission has not reached past its halfway point of completion.
- If the refund is eligible the piece will be cancelled or sold as an adoptable after your refund. You will not be allowed to adopt the character / piece.
4. FAILURE TO PRESENT PAYMENT
Certain commissions will be split into multiple payments, be it by the start and delivery method or by the 3 splits or more. These commissions are subjected to this clause.
If the client fails to present a payment for one of the splits in the time span of 2 weeks from the agreed date the commission may become an adoptable, cancelled, or used for advertisement purposes.
Adoptables are commissions that are able to be repurposed and have a different owner.
There is leniency but you must contact me first and explain why the payment will not be able to be completed in the due date. A month will be granted for you to complete the payment.
There will be fees for late payment. If you fail to clarify or present your payment again, your commission will be halted. After another month of no payment the commission will be *cancelled* and it will not be completed.
In the case of the FULL VTUBE / MODEL / RIG option in the vtuber category of commissions the failure to present payment will be varying depending if:
- The vtuber model is complete, it will be sold off in a public auction announced after 4 weeks from the agreed date of the unpaid split. You will not be allowed to participate.
- The vtuber model does not have a rig (MODEL only / incomplete FULL VTUBE), you will receive an altered version of the model if its complete, if its incomplete you will receive the incomplete version. The original model will be completed if necessary and then rigged to become an adoptable. You will not be allowed to participate.
- You are only requesting a rig, you will be granted the incomplete files related to the rig. You may do whatever you please with them.
If my work is used, please give credit where credit its due. Even for unfinished commissions.
5. CHANGES TO COMMISSIONS
Through the process of creating your artwork, there will be constant updates presented to you during the production.
In the initial phase of the work you will be asked a couple questions about the description of your characters, desires, suggestions, references and poses. If its necessary an audio call can even be schedule to iron out all of the doubts in both parties.
During the first drafts and work in progress shots of your commission you will be asked if there are any changes that you want to make to the artwork. Some of these will be:
- Poses must be changed before the final sketch.
- Add-ons, like outfits or accessories can be added before or after the base shading depending on their complexity. A wristband for example, can be added before or after the base shading. A jacket must be added before the base shading.
- Background, the background can be changed before the first shapes of it are sketched out.
This may vary depending on what your needs are.
Be aware that there must be no more than 3 major changes asked after the sketching phase of the project is done. This is to make sure that the commission will be delivered in time but most likely it will add a couple more days to the project.
If the changes are too drastic or time consuming after much of the commission is done, you will be charged up to 50% of the total commission to work on applying these changes.
Mistakes may happen on my part, those will be corrected free of charge.
If there is a desire to change something after the commission is done the change can applied after a discussion about pricing and the extent that the changes will be applied.
There will not be any changes performed to an artwork that was not produced by me.
6. COPYRIGHT
PERSONAL USE
Personal use constitutes of artworks that will not be sold or made into merchandise or used in any form for financial gain.
The commission can be displayed and used in its entirety by the client. Make sure to not crop any signatures or logos.
If its a profile picture, or used where it needs to be cropped make sure to credit the artwork where you can.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use commissions are those that will be used to perform any type of financial gain / venture. Like hoodies, plushies, vtuber models, ads, album covers, etc...
Each commission will be approached in the context that it was made. Depending on the client and the purpose of the work there might be slightly different changes to the way that royalties, prices and details are discussed.
In general this table can be followed as an expectation to how these commercial commissions will be handled:
| Commission |
Details |
| Vtuber related commissions. |
Any type of vtuber commission will only involve the usual payment methods. No royalties, price increases, or changes will be required. |
| Any other commission. |
If the design is used in a commercial product (ads, merchandise, games, etc.) a price increase will be required to be settled before the commission is delivered. |
A contract will be discussed and formulated to guarantee that the commission will be protected and utilized in the discussed manner.
